Senior Full-stack Engineer (Odoo)
Lead the Odoo edition. Python + Odoo modules + Vue.js storefront extensions. Six years of Odoo experience minimum.
Senior Front-end Engineer (Astro / TypeScript)
Own the marketing site and storefront designer. Astro, TypeScript, Tailwind, performance budgets, a11y.
Product Designer (Web-to-print)
Designer for both the customer-facing storefront and admin/operator tools. Strong understanding of B2B print workflows preferred.
Solutions Engineer (EU/UK)
Pre-sales + post-sales technical lead for EU/UK customers. Print industry background a strong plus.
Customer Success Manager
Own retention and expansion for the Growth and Enterprise customer base. Background in B2B SaaS or print software preferred.
Technical Writer (Docs + Tutorials)
6-month contract to expand the tutorial library and reference docs. Writing samples in dev-tooling or fintech docs space.
TechUltra Platform
Backend Engineer (Python / FastAPI)
Backend services that power both PrintIntegrator and other TechUltra Odoo-adjacent products. Python, PostgreSQL, Redis, Celery.
DevOps Engineer (AWS / Terraform)
Multi-tenant managed-hosting infrastructure. Terraform, AWS, Kubernetes, observability stack on Grafana.

How we work
The honest version
TechUltra Solutions is nine years old. We're not a Silicon Valley startup, we're not a bootstrapped indie shop, and we're not a Fortune 500 enterprise. We're a delivery-focused software company with a profitable business and 110+ engineers. That shape comes with trade-offs worth being upfront about.
What's good
- The product gets used. PrintIntegrator runs production for 300+ shops; engineering work touches real users daily.
- Compensation is competitive for the Ahmedabad market and adjusted for remote roles based on location.
- We're profitable; runway is the same as company cash flow, which means we hire when we have work, not when we close a round.
- 9 years of Odoo expertise on tap — being an Odoo Gold Partner means we ship into a real ecosystem with real customers.
What's harder
- Onboarding takes time. The print and Odoo domains both have learning curves; expect 4-6 weeks before you're contributing.
- We're delivery-focused, not research-focused. Most engineering is shipping product, not exploring new tech for its own sake.
- Hybrid Ahmedabad is the dominant culture; full-remote roles exist but you'll work with a team mostly in IST.
- We don't do unlimited PTO (genuine PTO is structured), and we don't do equity (we're not a VC-funded startup).
