- Feature
v2026.Q3.0Designer release: VDP, empty canvas, SVG layers, QR codes, and more
- Variable Data Printing (VDP): mark text fields on the canvas, upload a CSV or Excel file, and generate a personalized design per row — ideal for business cards, name badges, and mail-merge print runs.
- Empty Canvas: start a design from a blank artboard sized to the product (e.g. business cards) instead of a template.
- SVG layer separation on upload: each element becomes its own layer, so customers can recolor individual parts of an uploaded SVG in the browser.
- Default text templates: ready-made, categorized text designs (Headlines, Quotes, Sports, Events, Business, Script) placed in one click.
- Design sharing (Canva-style): share a design by link with view or "can customize" access, invite collaborators by email, or post to WhatsApp, email, and social.
- QR Code generator: create a QR code from any URL or custom text, recolor it, and place it on the product as a print-ready element.
- Live DPI check: effective DPI is calculated against the product’s real print size with a clear Good / low-resolution verdict before checkout.
- CMYK color conversion added to the print workflow for more predictable proof-to-press color.
- Improved mobile responsiveness across the designer — a touch-first layout for phones and tablets.
- Multilingual designer UI now covers English, French, German, and Arabic (RTL-aware).
- Feature
v2026.Q2.03D preview: upload custom models, multi-language UI expansion
- Shops can now upload custom 3D models (glTF, OBJ, FBX) for products that don't ship with a stock model. UV-unwrapped meshes work out of the box.
- Multi-language UI added Polish, Vietnamese, and Hebrew. Now 14 languages total, RTL-aware for Arabic and Hebrew.
- Designer renderer rewrite: 40–60% lower mobile battery drain, 25% faster first-paint on the designer surface.
- Improvement
v2026.Q1.4Bulk CSV designer: preview up to 50 rows
- The bulk-order CSV flow previously rendered the first 3 rows as preview designs. Expanded to 10 by default, configurable up to 50.
- Customers can now catch column-mapping issues before submitting jobs of any size.
- Feature
v2026.Q1.3QuickBooks Online direct integration
- Native QuickBooks integration: orders push as invoices, payments as received payments, refunds as credit memos.
- Removes the previous Zapier intermediary and its monthly subscription.
- Configurable income accounts per product category.
- Improvement
v2026.Q1.2Admin dashboard: customer-segment reports
- New report set: revenue, AOV, order frequency, and repeat-customer rate broken down by new-vs-returning, cohort, storefront, country, and custom tags.
- Every report exports as CSV for downstream analysis.
- Fix
v2026.Q1.1Print-ready PDF: PDF/X-4 transparency handling
- Fixed a regression where transparency flattening on PDF/X-1a output occasionally dropped spot color overprints.
- PDF/X-4 output (transparency-preserved) is now the recommended target for digital presses with full ICC color management.
- Feature
v2026.Q1.0Brand-kit constraints for B2B portals
- B2B clients can now configure brand kits: approved fonts, color palette, logo files, photography.
- Templates inside a kit enforce these constraints on customer-facing personalization.
- Approval rates on first proof up ~30% across early-access customers.
- Breaking
v2025.Q4.5Sanity Studio v3 → v4 migration path
- Sanity announced a v4 release for July 2026. PrintIntegrator v2026.Q1.0+ stays on Sanity v3 with auto-update path tested.
- No customer action required; existing schemas are forward-compatible.
- Studios deployed before this version should run `pnpm install` and redeploy after 2026-07-15.
- Feature
v2025.Q4.4Multi-vendor print network routing
- Route jobs to multiple production partners based on geography, capacity, capability, or cost.
- Per-partner cost tracking; margin reports by partner, product, and region.
- Available on Enterprise tier.
