What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored in your browser by websites you visit. They can carry preferences, session state, or tracking identifiers. Some are set by this site; some are set by third-party services embedded in it.

Cookies on this site

We run no advertising cookies and we do not sell or share personal data for advertising. We do use two third-party services that set cookies of their own, described below.

Analytics — Microsoft Clarity

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site. Clarity records session replays (a reconstruction of mouse movement, scrolling, clicks and page navigation) and aggregates them into heatmaps. It sets the cookies _clck and _clsk to distinguish visitors and group page views into a session, and it exchanges an identifier with Microsoft (c.bing.com) that can be used across Microsoft properties.

Clarity does not capture keystrokes in form fields, and password inputs are masked. Because session replay records interaction with the page, we recommend not entering sensitive information into any field on this site beyond what a form explicitly asks for. Microsoft's handling of this data is governed by the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Live chat — Tawk.to

The chat widget sets cookies including twk_uuid, twk_idm_key and TawkConnectionTime, so a conversation can persist if you navigate between pages or return later. These are set when the widget loads, whether or not you open a chat.

Strictly necessary

The site itself sets no cookies of its own for its core functionality. Contact and demo forms are protected by a hidden anti-spam field and a per-IP rate limit rather than a cookie, so form submission does not depend on cookies being enabled.

Video

The product walkthrough video is hosted on our own infrastructure and served directly by this site. There is no third-party video player, and playing it sets no additional cookies.

Managing cookies

You can control or block cookies through your browser settings, and most browsers let you block third-party cookies specifically — which will stop the Clarity and Tawk.to cookies described above. Blocking them does not break the site: pages, forms and the pricing calculators all work without them. Only the chat widget's ability to remember an ongoing conversation is affected.

You can also opt out of Clarity by enabling your browser's "Do Not Track" setting, or by using a content blocker or a DNS-level blocker, both of which prevent the Clarity script from loading at all.

Changes

If we add or remove a service that sets cookies, we update this page. This policy was last revised when Microsoft Clarity was added.
