Scope
This policy covers PrintIntegrator subscriptions purchased directly from TechUltra Solutions. Purchases through resellers or marketplaces are governed by the reseller's refund policy.
Free trial
Every plan starts with a 15-day free trial. No credit card is required and you are not charged during the trial, so there is nothing to refund. If you do not upgrade, the account simply pauses at the end of the trial.
Monthly plan
You may cancel the monthly Professional plan at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops the next charge; you keep access until the end of the billing month already paid for.
Monthly charges already billed are non-refundable, because the month of service has been made available to you. There is no contract and no cancellation fee.
Annual plan
If you are on annual billing, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial charge or of any renewal charge. After that 14-day window the remaining term is non-refundable, but you keep full access until the end of the paid year and can cancel auto-renewal at any time.
Enterprise and custom contracts
Enterprise subscriptions, dedicated-hosting, and white-label deployments are governed by the refund and termination terms in the signed order form, which take precedence over this policy.
Custom development
Fixed-bid and bucket-of-hours custom development work is non-refundable once delivered and accepted. If work is in progress, you may cancel; we will charge for time worked up to that point.
