About
Print software shouldn't tax every order.
PrintIntegrator is a web-to-print platform that print shops, brokers, agencies, and D2C brands run on a flat $19/month — no per-order, no per-seat, no per-product fees. Built for shops that hit the point where per-order SaaS personalizer fees became the largest line on the software bill.

What we believe
Why one flat monthly price
The economics of personalization software shouldn't compete with the economics of the print job itself.
No per-order tax
Your storefront and designer are infrastructure, not a toll booth. One flat price covers unlimited orders — the software bill never competes with your unit margin.
Predictable cost
A flat $19/month lets you forecast software cost the same way you forecast rent — not as a slope tied to growth.
Yours to control
Export your data anytime. On the Enterprise tier, self-host with source-code access and change behaviour on your timeline — not on a roadmap controlled by someone else.
How we ship
Engineering principles
Native to your stack
The Odoo edition is a module inside Odoo. The Shopify edition is a Shopify app. The WooCommerce edition is a WordPress plugin. No iframes, no separate checkouts, no synced second database.
Print-ready by default
Output is PDF/X-1a or PDF/X-4 with embedded ICC profiles, bleed, and font embedding. The press operator never has to re-prep a customer file.
Cloud or self-hosted
Professional runs on our managed cloud — nothing to operate. Enterprise can self-host on your own infrastructure, where you own the database, the customer designs, and the backups.
No vendor lock-in
Open API, webhook system, export everything in standard formats. Enterprise contracts include source-code handover. You should never be one renewal cycle away from a forced migration.
Where we go from here
What's next
Web-to-print is finally outgrowing the per-order marketplace era. Print shops that hit meaningful order volume on Printify, Zakeke, or Customily are running the math and discovering that the per-order tax compounds against everything they wanted to build next.
Our roadmap leans into that shift: more verticals (we shipped DTG/DTF and white-label this year), deeper ERP integrations, and free tools — like the ROI calculator and print pricing calculator — that help buyers make the migration decision with their own numbers, not ours.
