What this policy covers
This privacy policy describes how TechUltra Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("TechUltra", "we") collects, uses, and protects personal data when you interact with the PrintIntegrator marketing site, request a demo, or correspond with our team.
This policy does not cover the PrintIntegrator software when it is deployed at a customer site — in that case the customer is the data controller and a separate Data Processing Addendum governs the relationship.
What we collect
When you submit a demo or contact form, we collect your name, work email, company name, country, the platform you are evaluating, and any message you choose to include.
When you visit the site, we collect anonymous analytics through Plausible: page URL, country, device class, referrer. Plausible does not use cookies and does not track you across sites.
What we do with it
We use submitted information to respond to your inquiry, schedule a demo, and follow up with proposals. We do not sell or rent contact data. We do not enroll you in marketing email beyond the immediate sales conversation unless you explicitly opt in.
Anonymous analytics inform editorial and product decisions about which content is useful.
Who can access it
Demo and contact submissions are accessible to TechUltra Solutions sales and engineering staff on a need-to-know basis. We do not share submitted information with third parties except as required by law or as needed to deliver the service you asked for (e.g. forwarding your demo request to a partner if you are in a region we cover via a local partner).
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@printintegrator.com. We respond within 30 days.
Residents of the European Union have rights under GDPR (right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object, and data portability). Residents of India have parallel rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act. California residents have rights under the CCPA.
Data retention
Demo and contact submissions are retained for 36 months from the last touch, then deleted. Anonymous analytics are aggregated; individual session data is not retained.
International transfers
TechUltra Solutions is headquartered in India. Submitted data may be processed in India, the European Union, or the United States depending on where our systems run at the time of processing. Where required, we use standard contractual clauses to safeguard cross-border transfers.
Changes to this policy
We will update this policy as our practices change. The effective date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced via the home page.
