3D preview is the difference between "I think this will look right" and "I know this will look right." For products where the print surface wraps around a shape — packaging, apparel, mugs, bottles, labels — a flat preview underrepresents what the customer will actually receive.
PrintIntegrator wraps the customer's design onto a 3D model in real time. They rotate the model, zoom, change the camera angle, and see the design where it will land. The same render produces the marketing imagery you use for the product on your category page.
Products that ship with 3D models
- Apparel: t-shirts, hoodies, polos, caps, tote bags
- Drinkware: mugs, water bottles, tumblers, wine glasses
- Packaging: folding cartons, mailer boxes, bottle labels, pouches
- Promotional: pens, USB drives, keychains, lanyards
- Home goods: throw pillows, blankets, ornaments, frames
Custom 3D models
For products without a stock model, you can upload your own (glTF, OBJ, or FBX). The model needs UV unwrap; we can do the unwrap for you if you supply a clean mesh. Custom models are part of the deployment work, not a per-product fee.
Performance
The 3D renderer uses WebGL with a smaller mobile shader path. Frame rate stays at 60fps on a five-year-old phone for typical product models. We deliberately do not use heavy materials like physically-based rendering on the customer side — the trade-off in fidelity is small, the win in load time and battery is large.
