The admin dashboard is what your operations team uses every day. The bar for it is high: every extra click compounds across thousands of orders a year.
We optimized for the operator workflow, not the demo. The dashboard shows what needs attention now (jobs stalled at preflight, customers awaiting proof approval, low-stock substrates) and gets out of the way the rest of the time.
What lives in the dashboard
- Order list with filterable status, customer, product, and date range
- Job kanban — preflight, queued, printing, finishing, shipping, done
- Customer accounts with order history and saved designs
- Product catalog and template library editing
- Substrate and finishing inventory
- Pricing rule editor with live preview
- Reports — revenue by product, repeat customer rate, average order value, turnaround time
- Audit log of admin actions
Kanban for jobs
The job kanban is the operations team's home page. Cards represent jobs; columns represent shop stations (preflight, plate, press, finishing, packing). Drag to advance. Each card shows what the press needs to know — substrate, finishing, deadline.
Reporting that's useful, not just pretty
Reports stay practical: which products drive revenue, which customers reorder, where jobs stall in the workflow, how rush orders compare to standard turnaround. Charts are tabular by default; pretty visualizations are a toggle, not the default.
For deeper analysis, every dataset exports as CSV. The dashboard is not trying to be your data warehouse.
Role-based access
Admin roles are configurable: full admin, ops manager, press operator, customer service, billing, reporting. Each role sees only the parts of the dashboard relevant to their work.
