Questions about the trial
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. There is nothing to pay and no card to enter to begin the trial. We set the environment up with you and you decide at the end of it.
Is this a generic demo account?
No. The trial environment is built around your own products and workflow, so you are testing real jobs moving from quote to artwork approval to production to invoice — not a sandbox with sample data.
Do I have to move off my current systems to try it?
No. The Print ERP runs standalone during a trial, and it integrates with Shopify, WooCommerce and Odoo storefronts and with QuickBooks or Xero if you want to see that part working. Nothing has to be switched off first.
Does the trial include the Product Personalizer?
The 30 days cover the Print ERP. If you want to see the storefront design studio in the same trial, say so on the form and we will include it when we set things up.
Where will the data live?
You pick the cloud region at install — EU, US, IN, SG, AU or ZA — and customer designs and personal data stay in the region you choose. Self-hosting on your own infrastructure is also available.
Will I be charged when the 30 days end?
No. We do not take card details to start the trial, so there is nothing that can be charged automatically when it ends. Continuing is a decision you make, not a default.
What happens to my data during the trial?
It is handled under our privacy policy, and you choose the cloud region at install so it stays where you put it. If you need a specific data-handling or retention arrangement before you start, tell us on the form and we will cover it when we set the trial up.
What does it cost after the 30 days?
The Print ERP is $500/month flat, or $529/month bundled with the Product Personalizer. There are no per-order fees or commissions on any plan, so the bill does not move with your order volume.
